Atty. Gilsbach was selected as the 2018 "Distinguished Speaker" by the Missouri Council of Administrators of Special Education.
At the conference, Atty. Gilsbach presented a 3-hour "IEP Goal-Writing Workshop," a practical, hands-on workshop that trains special education teachers and administrators to write legally-defensible IEP goals through a unique color-coded system.
