EdLaw Interactive Executive Director will be presenting four sessions at the 2018 LRP National Institute in Dallas, TX. The conference, which was held on April 22-25, 2018, was attended by nearly 2,000 school leaders in the field of special education. The sessions that Atty. Gilsbach will be presenting include:
a 3-hour pre-conference workshop on Section 504 entitled: "The Essential Guide to Section 504: What Parents, Educators, and Administrators REALLY Need to Know";
two sessions on "Legally-Defensible Goal-Writing"; and
a session on cyberbullying, entitled: "Cyberbullying and FAPE: Public School Legal Obligations Regarding Online Bullying and Students with Special Needs."
The 2019 LRP National Institute will be held on May 5-8, 2019, at the Gaylord Palms Resort in Orlando, FL.
